Across three intensive days, you’ll go far beyond the basics. This course is specifically tailored for professionals who’ve already completed the Beginner and Intermediate WinOLS Diesel training, and who are confident with Stage 1 and 2 development. If you’re not already working at that level, we recommend attending the lower-tier sessions first to avoid feeling overwhelmed.

This advanced training strips back the limitations of “file services” and “clone mapping” – putting you in full control of your own diesel calibration strategies. You’ll dig into precise torque modelling, air/fuel ratio balancing, turbo dynamics, injector calibration and DPF, SCR and EGR systems – all in a safe and structured learning environment. You’ll work with real-world ECU files, including Bosch EDC17 and MD1 variants, and receive guided instruction from one of the UK’s leading calibration experts.
