In this Alientech ECM Titanium. 3 Day Tuning Course Diesel and Gasoline. You will be familiarised with ECM Titanium and the important steps and checks to make as part of file modification processes. In addition to this, all important aspects of the ECM Titanium program is explained to ensure you are able to create modified files by the end of the course.

During the course we cover a range of topics, including:

• Drivers, driver requests and uses
• Alientech Databank
• Diesel Tuning / Turbo Tuning
• Petrol Tuning
• Petrol Turbo Tuning

The VTA course covers engine tuning together with the reading and writing of the software from the vehicle. Whether that be via the cars diagnostic port or by removal of the ECU and programming on the bench.

The course is intensive but great for people of all levels and will give a huge insight into original equipment ECU tuning.

We will show how to modify, why we modify and what differences the maps make in relation to the running of the engine. So whether you are looking for economy or performance you will fully understand how to make the changes needed to achieve your goals.

We will also cover what is wrong with many software’s that can lead to bad tunes and how you can avoid this

Day 1:

• Reading and writing of the software from the vehicle.

• Finding and displaying map tables

Day 2: Diesel

• How sensors on the engine relate to the maps in the calibration software.
• Diesel tuning, understanding and changing data in the tables
• Software comparison and flaws
• Fuel, torque, throttle, maps etc.
• Turbo Diesel maps and controls
• Modification of maps and tables.
• Functions of tables, customised tuning
• Diesel performance tuning

Day 3: Gasoline

• Gasoline tuning, understanding the tables.
• Ignition, fuel, torque, throttle, map etc.
• Modification of maps and tables.
• Functions of tables, customised tuning.
• Dyno tuning and perfecting map tables and testing

This course is offered at Viezu Technologies HQ utilising a Mustang 3000bhp dyno and relevant test and measurement equipment. As such, courses and training are hands-on and practical allowing the student to practice the impact of their knowledge acquired on this course.
