This training session is ideal for professional tuners who want to specialise in tuning gasoline engines. Over the 3 days you will get an excellent insight into the use of tuning and map writing gasoline engines with the WinOls software. Covering basic and best practice principles of tuning  a verity of ECU types.

WinOLS software is an advanced tuning software that allows you a deep control of your ECU remapping. This WinOls training course is ideal for tuner who want to gain us much knowledge as they can on the use of the software with gasoline engines.  And its been timed so you can get the most from the SEMA show too, but not miss time away from work either. Allowing you to get back to tuning straight after the SEMS show ends.

What’s in the 3 day SEMA WinOls training course ?

SEMA Gasoline tuning course 

The 3 day training course is intensive but great for people of all levels and will give a huge insight into using the WinOls tuning software.

We will show how to load and change the OEM software, what to change and real life examples of by how much. As well as the differences the maps make in relation to the running the vehicle.

Day 1:

• The EVC WinOls software, how it works, what it does and extras associated with tuning
• How to get the most from the software
• The functions of the ECU you need to know to tune it
• Common mistakes
• How best to use map packs and Drivers
• Use of Damo Files
• How to break the maps down to the areas you need to look for
• How to save time and money with WinOls

Day 2:

• Gasoline tuning, understanding what you see
• The principles made real – live software tuning
• Ignition, fuel, torque, throttle, map etc.
• Functions of tables, customised tuning.
• Turbo engine mapping

Final Day 3:

• Why removing the P code is not the answer!
• DTC delete, EGR delete file examples – live tuning
• Group tuning – lets practice what have we learned
• Recap – Q&A

The training will run each day from 9.15 – 4.30pm, with a break for lunch which is provided

WinOLS Training Course Pre-Requisites:

SEMA EVC WinOLS Training Course 3 Days. As with all the Remap101 training courses, this training is only available on genuine EVC WinOLS software. Therefore you will need the software installed and up to date on your lap top to participate. Lap top, and mouse will be required too.
