Your WinOLS 3 day tuning course will include the following:

The 3 day training course is intensive but great for people of all levels and will give a huge insight into using the WinOls tuning software.

We will show how to load and change the OEM software, what to change and real life examples of by how much. As well as the differences the maps make in relation to the running the vehicle.

Day 1:

• The EVC WinOls software, how it works, what it does and extras associated with tuning
• Set up and configuration for easier tuning
• Map packs and Drivers
• How to break the maps down to the areas you need to look for.
• Diesel tuning, understanding the tables.
• Fuel, torque, throttle, map etc.

Day 2:

• Modification of maps and tables.
• Functions of tables, customised tuning.
• Turbo engine mapping.
• DTC delete, EGR delete file examples

Final Day 3:

• Diesel performance tuning
• Diesel Turbo mapping exercises
• Tuning for fuel economy
• Truck and plant machinery
• Understanding Truck emissions and  DTC

The training will run each day from 9.15 – 4.30pm, with a break for lunch

Tuning Training Support

After the training, Viezu Technologies provides ongoing support/help and advice to all training delegates. The program supports map-packs, supermap packs, and a2l files, as well as aspiration conversion.

In our workshop, we have a 3000hp Mustang Rolling Road that is used in our dyno tuning and training. You can put what you learned into practice by applying it to a real-life vehicle on the dyno in the workshop. Write files live to real ECUs on real cars in a real working workshop.
