Learn Professional WinOLS Workflows for Heavy Truck, Tractor and Heavy Equipment from Europe’s Leading Calibration Specialists
WinOLS is the software trusted by professional calibration engineers around the world – but learning to use it effectively requires far more than knowing where the maps are.
VIEZU Technologies and the VIEZU Technical Academy are holding in-person heavy commercial diesel ECU tuning training in Sydney, Australia. The lead trainer is Simon White, world-renown master tuner and Managing Director of VIEZU Technologies.
This intensive three-day course covers intermediate to advanced calibration techniques for heavy-duty commercial engines. It builds on your existing WinOLS knowledge, focusing on heavy commercial ECUs and high-duty cycle applications..
Group sizes are kept small to allow tailored instruction. You can contact Simon White before the course to request specific engines or ECU types to cover during practical sessions.

What You’ll Take Away
By the end of the three days, you’ll be able to:
- Navigate and edit heavy truck, tractor, and construction equipment files in WinOLS
- Build custom mappacks using DAMOS and A2L files for heavy vehicles
- Create safe torque and fuel calibrations designed for continuous heavy operation
- Analyze diagnostic logs to refine engine response and durability
- Export verified, checksum-corrected files for heavy commercial machinery
Who is this course for?
This course is ideal for:
- Tuners expanding into heavy truck, tractor, and agricultural equipment tuning
- Fleet calibrators and heavy machinery technicians
- File developers creating custom software for commercial diesel engines
What you’ll need
Please bring a laptop with a genuine, fully licensed and up-to-date installation of EVC WinOLS.
The practical exercises require the full version of the software, as the demonstration version does not include the functionality needed during training.
