CEO
Paul oversees business growth and operations, bringing extensive experience in vehicle engineering, homologation, warranty development and manufacturer-level business development. His achievements include Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 and the Queenโs Award for VIEZU in 2014.
Linda Busby
Group Organisation Director
Linda leads strategic business planning and development, with automotive industry experience dating back to 1990. Her expertise includes quality management, automotive finance, banking, CRM and corporate governance, including Sarbanes-Oxley implementation.
Simon White
Technical & Managing Director
Simon leads the technical team, specialising in research, development and innovative vehicle tuning techniques. An experienced tuner and trainer at the VIEZU Technical Academy, his expertise includes WinOLS, ECM Titanium and fleet fuel efficiency optimisation.

The academy is the dedicated training arm of VIEZU Technologies Ltd and Remap101 is the platform where you browse, book and complete our courses. When you train through Remap101 you are learning with the VIEZU Technical Academy. Same team, same trainers, same certification.
Yes. The VIEZU Technical Academy is an Approved Centre of the IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry). VIEZU is also an EVC Platinum Partner, the highest level of accreditation awarded by EVC electronic GmbH, the makers of WinOLS. Students completing our official EVC WinOLS courses earn double certification, one from the VIEZU Technical Academy and one from EVC itself.
Our trainers are working tuning professionals, not just instructors. Lead trainer Simon White is the Technical Director and Managing Director of VIEZU Technologies, an EVC-certified trainer with 20 years of experience in vehicle tuning. He tunes vehicles professionally every day, so everything he teaches is current and applicable to real jobs. Behind him sits the full VIEZU technical team of master tuners and file writers who support tuning businesses around the world.
Our headquarters and training workshop are at VIEZU Technologies HQ in Bidford-on-Avon, Warwickshire. In-person students get hands-on time with our 3000bhp Mustang dynamometer, one of only a few in the UK capable of testing high-power AWD vehicles. We also run in-person courses internationally, including in the USA and Dubai, and our online car tuning training is available worldwide through Remap101.
